The Application process

The process starts with a friendly chat, letting you know about Time Out and how we support our carers every step of the way. We also take a few basic details about you and answer any initial questions you have.

You’ll then receive some easy to digest information about becoming a foster carer, for you to discuss with your family in your own time. A couple of days later we give you a call to see how you’re getting on and if you’d like to progress to a home visit (where we come along and get to know you a little better).
